Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role you will work alongside development team to build automation, infrastructure, and monitoring in our environment to move our current AWS architecture forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside development team to build automation, infrastructure, and monitoring
- Help enforce best security practices
- Create and maintain infrastructure in AWS using Terraform
- Containerize microservices using ECS/EKS
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Leverage Bash, PowerShell, and Batch for building automation
- Maintain alerting and monitoring with Datadog
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps/Security
- Experience with AWS Services including ECS, EKS and more
- Experience writing Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform/OpenTofu
- Experience with containerization tools such as ECS/EKS
- CI/CD experience with tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Scripting and automation with Python (boto3), Bash, PowerShell, Batch
- Experience with Monitoring Tools like DataDog
- Experience with a variety of OS including Windows and Linux
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams to ensure platform security and infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of best security practices and documentations standards
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work with little to no supervision
Nice To Have
- AWS Certified
Experience with Aurora PostgreSQL and SQL Server - Understanding of SOC2/PCI Compliance
- Familiarity with Power BI / Glue
Knowledge of writing documentation in Markdown - Have worked in a .NET environment
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible
