The Role:

As the Senior Director of Growth at Accomplishr, you will drive the company’s growth strategy, focusing on scaling user acquisition, retention, and overall market presence. You will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to expand Accomplishr’s user base, increase engagement, and drive revenue.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns, growth experiments, and initiatives across various channels to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to design and execute growth initiatives that align with company objectives and enhance the user experience.
  • Lead the growth team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve ambitious targets and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, analyze results, and generate insights to inform strategic decisions and improve growth strategies.
  • Develop and manage budgets for growth initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with financial goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously enhance growth strategies and tactics.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior growth or marketing leadership role, with a successful track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to guide decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Expertise in growth hacking, digital marketing, and user acquisition strategies across various platforms and channels.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate growth strategies and results to executive stakeholders.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing growth opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
