What’s the opportunity?
As a Senior Director targeting Major Accounts, you will play an essential role on the GTM team. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for championing our value, creating relationships and driving business to meet our revenue goals. You will be working with stakeholders across the organization to understand our business, the markets we’re in, and the needs of our users. You will engage with customer stakeholders, showcase the value of our platform and partnership, and help Eleos expand our position as the market leader.
Who are you?
You are a seasoned sales professional, with experience selling enterprise B2B SaaS technology. You have proven success prospecting and closing new logo opportunities in fast paced environments. You have a high EQ and know how to build relationships, gather requirements, understand customer use cases, set proper expectations, demo the Eleos platform, and manage an enterprise sales cycle. You are passionate about the value we offer providers. You are excited by the challenge and always looking to push yourself and the organization forward.
How will you contribute?
- Hunting:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Travel throughout your region for on-site meetings, dinners and conferences
- Manage and stimulate revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies
- Develop and implement strategic account and opportunity plans to drive revenue
- Executing:
- Expertly manage the sales cycle in its entirety, from initial meeting & demo to contract negotiation & closing
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
- Maintain current and accurate information in Salesforce
- Collaborating:
- Work with internal team members to achieve optimum results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
- Work with Customer Success to identify upsell opportunities
- Support marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness, client case studies, and vertical market growth within assigned accounts
What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?
- 6-8years proven success selling B2B SaaS technology to enterprise accounts
- Experience selling Healthcare Technology
- Start-up experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Thorough understanding of prospecting, selling, and negotiating techniques
- Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment

- The base pay range for this position is $160-$165k per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
