We are on the lookout for a talented, experienced and hands-on senior technical manager or director to spearhead the development of NDR network sensor, and Windows/Linux server sensor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux embedded systems, DPI/IDS stack, Linux kernel audit and Windows event collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and developers specializing in network and server sensor technology.
- Working closely with PM, oversee the development and enhancement of NDR network sensors and Windows/Linux server sensors. Ensure products archive right behavior and are built to high standards.
- Provide expert knowledge in Linux embedded systems, Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Linux kernel audit, and Windows event collection.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies related to network and server data collection
- Establish rigorous test standard and test automation to ensure the reliability and performance all sensor products
- Work closely with other departments, including product management, marketing, and sales, to ensure product alignment with market needs and company objectives.
- Contribute hands-on engineering expertise to the project, demonstrating leadership in both strategy and execution.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering an environment of growth and skill development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and implementing device sensor and software agent related technologies
- Strong foundational knowledge in Linux or Windows OS and networking stack
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficient communication and teamwork abilities.
