Full Job Description
Why you should apply:
You’re ready to own the growth function at an early-stage startup. You get excited about creating new playbooks that go beyond “what’s worked before”. You’ll break the recycled B2B mold and blend creative strategies with data-driven experiments that drive pipeline.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’re free to test new plays, take smart risks, and be expected to connect your work to pipeline.
This is a career-defining opportunity with the autonomy and support you need to make a big impact and grow as a B2B marketer.
We are only considering applicants based in the United States and Canada for this role.
Requirements
What you’ll own and run with:
- Pipeline creation: develop the right channel and campaign mix to generate demo requests that convert to qualified pipeline from our ideal customer profile
- Campaign strategy and execution: own campaigns from start to finish. Email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, G2, direct mail, and events (in-person and virtual)
- Paid media management: run and manage all paid media campaigns without a demand generation agency to do the actual work for you
- Account-based marketing: develop and execute a tiered ABM strategy for high-value accounts, with strong support from product marketing, content, sales, and agency partners
- Experimentation and optimization: set the testing strategy for new channels, plays, and campaign elements, including copy, visuals, targeting, and channel mix
- Budget and performance tracking: track and report on key metrics that directly connect your work to pipeline and revenue, with RevOps support for deeper insights
Who you are:
- 5-7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in demand generation or growth marketing
- You’re ready to own a pipeline target and are eager to take on more responsibility
- You live for running campaigns end-to-end, experimenting with new ideas, and learning from every test—even the ones that don’t work out
- You track what’s working (and what’s not) and use data to adjust quickly
- You use tools like HubSpot, Unify, Clay, HeyReach, and Keyplay—except you know them better than anyone else
- You understand ad channels like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube inside and out
- You’re humble, easy to work with, and don’t take yourself too seriously
Benefits
- Competitive salary, quarterly performance bonuses, and meaningful equity
- Company-sponsored 401(k) program
- Remote role with annual company off-site and team meetup trips
- Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and any dependents
- Incredible training and career growth opportunity
- Unlimited PTO (the kind you’re encouraged to take)
- Extremely friendly, inclusive, human-first team culture
- Incredible team with a great blend of hustle, productivity, and fun
