Position Summary:

Simplilearn is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Sales Manager to expand our partner ecosystem and drive revenue growth in the USA market. The Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, and managing strategic partnerships with organizations in the education and technology sectors. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving sales through collaborative partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, sales leaders, and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Drive revenue growth by promoting Simplilearn's portfolio of online training programs and certification courses through partner channels.
  • Provide training and support to partner sales teams to enable them to effectively promote and sell Simplilearn offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and relationship management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities in the USA market.
  • Represent Simplilearn at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote collaboration and generate new business opportunities.
  • Closely working with the Customer Success team to drive learner outcome matrix

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in partner sales or business development roles, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to create win-win partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with partners.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, events, and industry conferences.
