JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations is responsible for managing all support functions essential to sales, marketing, and client success productivity. This includes but is not limited to planning, forecast modeling, quota setting & management, team training, enablement tools implementation & maintenance, and supporting the hiring and retention of the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and coordinates sales forecasting and planning processes in close collaboration with finance and other relevant teams. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality & accuracy with an eye toward overall company revenue goals
- Proactively identifies opportunities for revenue team process improvements and assists team leaders with identifying bottlenecks and blockers
- Implements, trains on, and manages all enablement tools and technology for the revenue team
- Monitors organizational compliance with SLAs and standards set forth for maintaining CRM and other technologies
- Develops and delivers all training to the revenue team
- Provides actionable insights to senior leadership and regarding pipeline health, tracking to goals, and compliance
Performance Measures:
- Implements sales organization quotas and objectives accurately and on time
- Proactively identifies and delivers actionable insights to sales management and leadership
- Allocates technology and resources, as well as on-time delivery of trainings & documentation
- Cultivates strong, cooperative relationships with peer leaders, sales management, and senior leadership team
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 5-7 years of sales operations experience; experience in healthcare a plus
- Proficient knowledge in Salesforce CRM
- Excellent communication skills and proven track record of aligning key stakeholders within an organization
- Strong ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced environment
