Setup Implementation Coordinator - USA ONLY

LawLytics is the leading provider of website management software for small law firms. The LawLytics platform empowers attorneys by providing the easiest and most efficient way to start, improve and maintain a successful law firm website.

Only candidates in the United States will be considered for this fully remote position.

As an Implementation Coordinator, you will ensure a positive experience for every member as you guide them from the point of sale to the successful launch of their new website while setting them up for long-term success with LawLytics. This is an exciting role with evolving responsibilities, including:

• Familiarize yourself with the member’s goals for their website and tailor the onboarding experience to meet their needs
• Guide members through selecting design choices for their website, offering best practice advice as appropriate
• Coordinate with internal teams to bring all the components of the website together in a coordinated fashion
• Manage each account through to a timely launch, communicating consistently and removing barriers as necessary
• Reliably and precisely document your conversations and the member’s preferences to set both the new member and your teammates up for success

You should apply if you:

• Have at least three years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS business
• Have expertise in tracking and managing multiple fast-moving projects at once
• Are able to effectively communicate with less-than-tech-savvy customers
• Have great listening skills and a true desire to help members
• Have worked with CRM software (we use Salesforce)
• Are meticulousness in documentation

You’ll stand out if you have:

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Prior experience in the legal industry
• Proven success working in a remote environment
