TPAPT is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, engaging with our community, and promoting our tutoring services and educational resources. You'll create content that resonates with our audience, analyze engagement metrics, and develop strategies to enhance our online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms using Hubspot.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster online community interaction.
- Develop a consistent brand voice and messaging that aligns with our mission of making education accessible.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and education.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Proficiency with Hubspot and with social media management tools and analytics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education and a commitment to enhancing learner outcomes.
