Software Sales Representative – Hybrid – Westchester County

We are hiring at WeSuite for a hungry and driven Software Sales Representative to join our team in the US!

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced salesperson responsible for achieving sales revenue goals by developing new leads and opportunities into new sales and accounts. You will be selling WeSuite sales management software products and professional services and meeting Client needs to generate new software sales and reoccurring revenue, and support accounts. A professional team player, responsible for sales prospecting, development of client relationships, and account management by proactively applying your sales experience. You will be working with WeSuite team members and promoting WeSuite core values.

The successful candidate can be based anywhere within commutable distance of our office in Westchester County, working in a hybrid work model!

What your day will look like:

  • New lead development and generation
  • New Account sales
  • Continued account development and management
  • New market development
  • Use of WeSuite products for sales responsibilities
  • Assisting existing client base as needed
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitive markets
  • Executing against specific KPIs
  • Developing deep knowledge of WeSuite products and services
  • Travelling to and working conferences and shows
  • Review of professional publications and information, establishing personal networks, developing new strategic alliances
  • Continuing personal growth and education
  • Contributing to WeSuite Sales and Marketing efforts by achieving specific targets and goals

Essential Job Functions:

  • Proficiency in WeSuite sales software to conduct prospect-tailored demos
  • Focus sales efforts by generating and qualifying leads
  • Obtain new sales orders
  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on products and potential new sales outlet
  • Service accounts via scheduled touchpoint
  • Set Prospecting activity goals, show measured results and effectiveness using WeSuite CRM
  • Sell using WeSuite software, approved product literature and pricing
  • Understand and track Key Performance Indicators
  • Keep management informed via activity and results reports, i.e. daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly, quarterly, pipeline and sales success reviews
  • Gather and maintain current market knowledge, i.e. prospects, competitor information, products, etc.
  • Recommend product enhancements in accordance with client needs, competitive advantages, etc.
  • Assist with client's issues by investigating and reporting issues; developing solutions, working with team and clients
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational webinars, industry trade shows, publications, networks, etc.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by accomplishing related results and setting new goals

About You:

  • 3+ years of successful software sales and account management experience is essential
  • A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is advantageous
  • Small-medium-large enterprise business direct sales experience
  • Use of CRM and sales software
  • Goal, detail, and deadline-driven
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent achiever
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
