Job Description
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that client relationships are managed well across the company and our channel partners are supported to achieve revenue targets.
This is primarily an externally facing role, supporting the growth and retention of our most valued and highest profile customers. In this role, your focus will be on building relationships with our existing customers to ensure our contracts are renewed and, where possible, expanded.
How you'll spend your time:
Client Relationship Management and Onboarding (50%)
- Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to engagement strategies to contract renewals and client upsells
- Contract renewals and upsells
- Present client utilization data to client contacts
- Develop strong executive and senior-level relationships that would refer our product to peers
- Manage client events
- Lead client onsite strategy and coordinate execution
- Attend product installation at client sites (when needed)
Broker Channel Support and Relationship Management (50%)
- Support our growing network of broker and benefit consultant partners
- Using established pricing guidelines, create pricing proposals to brokers upon request
- Participate in product demonstrations as brokers request
Travel: Expectation to visit with clients as needed for relationship development (e.g 10-25% of time)
Compensation: Total on-target earnings for this role is between $85,000 - $110,000 including base and performance bonus. This position is also eligible for commission payments based on broker partnership performance.

- Customer-facing, extroverted
- Detail-oriented
- Loves relationships and finding out personal needs
- Commercially-focused, experienced managing client renewal conversations from start to finish
- Punctual and strong with follow-up
- Asks good questions – able to engage clients by asking thoughtful questions
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of Account Management experience (includes renewal experience)
- CRM experience (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
