Sr. Program Manager

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team. As a Senior Program Manager at ARETUM, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage programs for various government clients and ensure the successful delivery of technology-driven solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the execution of multiple programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of resources.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements.
• Monitor program performance and proactively identify and manage risks and issues.
• Prepare and present reports and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, preferably in government contracting.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record in successfully managing and delivering complex programs.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and strategic planning.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability.
