Job Summary

Join Solar Insure as a Senior Account Manager and be at the forefront of America’s transition to solar energy. This unique inside field sales role requires a blend of strategic account management with active field engagement. You’ll onboard new customers, ensuring comprehensive integration across all business sectors to fully leverage our products and services for their success. Your focus will be on achieving high adoption rates, implementing effective training, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic engagements.

Objectives of This Role:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers in your territory, ensuring a smooth onboarding and continuous support experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
  • Initiate and oversee tailored training programs to maximize product adoption and effectiveness.
  • Spearhead the adoption of Solar Insure products through strategic account management and direct field activities.
  • Utilize key performance indicators to measure success, focusing on product implementation, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all account management issues within your assigned territory, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Develop and implement onboarding and ongoing training for partner sales teams and sales organizations, utilizing previous experience in this area.
  • Organize and follow through with sales competitions to encourage engagement and performance.
  • Place a heavy focus on the onboarding and training of new partners to ensure a smooth integration process.
  • Aim for high adoption rates among partners, actively working to increase the utilization of our products and services.
  • Travel (25% - 50%) to both new and current accounts across the western half of your territory, providing in-person support, training, and product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create strategic initiatives that boost customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Monitor account metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance product use and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in customer service, account management, or a related field, with a significant track record in field sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong client relationships and conduct effective training sessions.
  • Independent, self-driven work style, paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple accounts and initiatives effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel significantly within your designated territory for client meetings and training sessions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the solar energy sector and renewable energy products, with a commitment to continuous learning in market trends and technologies
  • Spanish FluencyDemonstrated success in customer service, account management, or a related field, with a significant track record in field sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong client relationships and conduct effective training sessions.
