Start-Up Commercial Counsel (Part-Time)

We're seeking a skilled attorney comfortable with a wide range of commercial agreements, particularly in the healthcare space, and has experience working with start-ups (i.e. selectively negotiating terms with an emphasis on quickly closing a deal).

This position will be as an independent contractor, and projects are on an as-needed basis, so best for individuals looking for extra work on the side. Turn-arounds are expected to be within 24-72 hours depending on the project.

Law firm experience is ideal, but not necessary. A minimum of 3 years of practice is required. Compensation will be a mixture of hourly billables and project based work.

A main portion of the interview will be reviewing a mock agreement, and then discussing your mark-ups - this won't be a crazy time-suck, and functions as a mutual vibe check.
