Full Job Description
The Supply Chain Analyst at Estructure, Inc. is responsible for analyzing supply chain processes, data, and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize overall supply chain efficiency. This role involves working closely with various departments to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to supply chain performance, inventory levels, and procurement activities.
• Develop and maintain supply chain metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, supplier performance, and customer demand to optimize inventory and procurement strategies.
• Assist in the development of supply chain forecasting models to predict trends and aid in capacity planning.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management, detailing findings and recommendations.
• Support supply chain initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing overall operational performance.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Stay informed about best practices and emerging technologies in supply chain management.
• Participate in training and development initiatives to improve analytical capabilities and process knowledge.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software is a plus.
