Supply Chain Director

RVB Associates, Inc. is a highly reputable company in the industry, known for its excellence in providing innovative supply chain solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Director to join our talented team and lead our supply chain operations.

As the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize our supply chain processes. You will oversee a team of supply chain professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve cost savings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Oversee the procurement process, including vendor management and negotiation
• Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Director or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
• Experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Professional certifications in supply chain management are a plus
