Full Job Description
The Supply Chain Manager at Estructure, Inc. plays a critical role in developing and managing the supply chain strategy to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to distribution and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve productivity and minimize costs while ensuring high service levels.
• Lead and manage supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify trends, potential issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable contracts and terms.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the supply chain.
• Implement best practices in supply chain management to optimize resource utilization and enhance overall efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on supply chain performance and initiatives.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, with a focus on inventory management, procurement, and distribution.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
