The Supply Chain Manager at The Willows Communications is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery. Responsibilities
- Develops and implements comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Manages supplier relationships and negotiations to secure favorable terms, quality products, and timely deliveries.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between supply chain processes and business objectives.
- Analyzes data to identify trends, forecast demand, and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Leads and mentors the supply chain team, ensuring high performance through training and performance evaluations.
- Implements best practices in supply chain management to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitors and manages budgets related to supply chain operations, ensuring cost control measures are adhered to.
- Ensures compliance with industry regulations and quality standards, promoting a safe operational environment.
- Prepares regular reports for senior management on supply chain performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Leads initiatives for sustainability and efficiency in supply chain practices, aligning with corporate social responsibility goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process large amounts of data and derive insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proactive and strategic, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in supply chain operations is a plus.
- Certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are preferred.
