SVP, Sales Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
As an SVP, Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind a team of 5+ direct reports, creating and executing innovative sales strategies. You will provide guidance, support, and coaching to your team members, set sales targets, and monitor performance. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a good understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team.. Your role is not just pivotal, but transformative, as you foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within our sales department.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide guidance, training, and regular performance feedback to ensure the team’s success.
· Collaborate with the Global Head of Sales and Channel leaders to develop and implement effective sales strategies across all products and platforms to drive revenue growth.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. Resolve customer issues and escalations effectively.
· Continuously evaluate and enhance the sales process, tools, and resources to increase efficiency and effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
· Work with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure alignment and provide valuable insights from the sales team(s).

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
· Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
· Must have 10+ years of experience working in a market research environment, combined with strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies
· Advanced understanding of marketing and “go to market” principles including understanding of related client structures and processes.
