Full Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage full cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Oversee the candidate experience ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and implement an equitable interview process that can be repeated and tracked through our applicant tracking system.
- Utilize multiple sources, including job boards, social media, and outbound sourcing to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Develop a deep understanding of each internal team's needs in order to target best fit candidates in the market.
- Proactively reach out to ideal candidates in the market to foster relationships and build a future bench of best in class talent.
- Review candidate resumes, conduct initial candidate phone screening, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with Titan leaders to better understand their talent needs for both skillset and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, allowing Titan Cloud to maintain a bench of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and/or Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Promote Titan Cloud Software as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives and by maintaining a strong online presence.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with People Ops special projects as assigned by Sr Director of People.
- Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, communications, marketing, or related field or additional experience in lieu of degree is required.
- 5+ years of experience as a recruiter is required, with at least 3 years of experience with a SaaS or technology start up.
- Experience using ATS (Workable) required.
- Experience building out best practice talent acquisition processes in a fluid start-up environment required.
- Experience recruiting for a remote workforce required.
- Experience in fuel management or fuel logistics space a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies and employer branding.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time in a temperature-controlled office environment for approximately 8 hours per day.
- Frequent and repetitive use of fingers, hands, and arms for tasks such as typing, writing, moving a mouse, etc.
- Occasionally lifts office equipment, supplies, or other items of approximately 20lbs.
- Ability to travel by air, vehicle, or other means approximately 5% of the time.
- To accommodate travel needs, must be able to transport suitcase and laptop estimated at 40lbs.
- To accommodate travel needs, must be able to operate rental or personal motor vehicle.
