What you will do
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, primarily in our revenue-generating and customer-facing teams, to help drive our business growth.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, networking, job boards) to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with our business needs.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand sales roles, team dynamics, and specific hiring needs.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations.
- Employer Branding: Promote Datassential as an employer of choice by sharing our company culture, values, and growth opportunities with candidates.
- Metrics Tracking: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and analyze key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Internal Partnering: Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Lead on other TA projects like hiring process improvements, hiring manager training etc.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven track record of successfully filling sales roles across various levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

The pay range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000/ year. Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
