Test Analysts - Workday

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Workday applications.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand system requirements and functional specifications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to validate functionalities within Workday.
• Identify, document, and track defects/bugs using issue tracking tools and facilitate their resolution.
• Provide detailed reports on test progress, results, and recommendations for improvements.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the overall QA strategy and testing methodology.
• Assist in the implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks where applicable.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst or similar role, specifically with Workday applications.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating test cases, executing test scenarios, and documenting outcomes.
• Experience with defect tracking tools and software test management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Workday functionalities and integrations is highly desirable.
