Advancing Eco Agriculture is a progressive company in the specialty plant nutrition, biostimulants, and crop consulting industry. We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment through regenerative farming practices and providing high-quality products to farmers.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training and Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop training materials, and coordinate training sessions for employees.
As a Training and Development Coordinator, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. You must be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. A background in agriculture or related fields is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs and develop training programs that align with company goals
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, courses, manuals, and online resources
- Manage LMS, Learning Database and Content.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for employees
- Ensure training programs are implemented effectively and evaluate their success
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and develop training content
- Monitor training activities and maintain records of employee training completion
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Assist with other HR and administrative tasks, as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Training and Development Coordinator or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
- Experience creating and delivering training presentations
- Knowledge of agriculture or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to travel occasionally for training sessions or professional development
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field is preferred
