Join us as the Marketing Operations & Project Manager, where you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth sailing and allowing our business to soar! Your role is pivotal in freeing up my time to focus on growing the business. This position is crucial for our expansion, enabling us to reach more clients and make a greater impact on lives.
In this role, you will:
🚀 Manage program launches and implement new ideas with precision.
📊 Analyse Facebook ad data and devise strategies to enhance conversions and reduce costs.
🔧Develop and optimize landing pages, designing comprehensive sales funnels from concept to execution, sales email schedules, including creating and implementing freebies.
🔄 Streamline remote workflow processes for greater efficiency.
🤝 Lead and empower our remote team, fostering collaboration and communication.
📊 Oversee project management to ensure timely completion.
🔍 Assist with hiring processes and manage initial steps.
📑 Develop and structure SOPs.
📊 Analyse data to derive insights and drive improvements.
Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, with a minimum 3-hour overlap with 9am-5pm Costa Rica time.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, where you were overseeing and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
✅ Track record of effectively managing operations or projects for teams.
✅ Proficient with technology – building landing pages and automations using Zapier.
As the Ideal Candidate, you should have:
✅ Strategic mindset to enhance conversions in sales funnels and launches.
✅ Meticulous attention to detail – rigorously testing automations and new funnels.
✅ Strong follow-through and the ability to conceptualise and execute plans, considering potential risks.
✅ Exceptional communication skills.
✅ Thrive on detail, finding fulfilment in meticulous organisation and ensuring thoroughness in every task.
✅ Possess a love for learning, growth, and embracing challenges, approaching them with enthusiasm.
✅ Leadership qualities and resourcefulness, adept at finding solutions and utilising available resources.
