Position Summary
We have a new hire class starting April 22 for Call Center Representatives to work from our West Valley City, Utah office. Our onsite three-week training is interactive and you’ll get to meet your peers face-to-face. Training includes snacks, raffle prizes and group exercises! The three week training class is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. After you complete training, your schedule will be Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 6:00pm.
Pay is $20.00/hour. Once you complete training, you will earn your base pay rate in addition to a generous incentive pay each pay period. A bonus is paid for Spanish/English speakers each pay period.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- You’ll take care of your customers by handling inbound calls, gathering information, researching, and resolving your customer inquiries.
- You’ll want to track and document all your great customer interactions in our “CRM” system.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Be the great communicator that you are! Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner by providing accurate and thorough information.
- Build solid relationships with your customers through open and interactive communication.
- You’ll want to chat with your Team Lead and co-workers on Microsoft Teams for help…and sometimes to compete!
- Reference an online manual to help you answer customer inquiries.
- This is really important….you are going to provide an exceptional customer experience!!!
About You
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience.
- Available to start on April 22, 2024.
- If you can handle multiple tasks and are organized, you’ll do great in this role!
