Position Summary:
We are seeking a Call Center Team Lead for our West Valley City, UT location. This is an Monday-Friday in person position at our centrally located call center. If you enjoy leading and developing a team of passionate employees, then please consider this opportunity!
Requirements
What We Want You to Do
- Lead a team of Call Center Agents to exceed business results through motivation, coaching, and recognition.
- Review attendance and performance metrics on a daily basis. Recognize top performers, share best practices, coach, or escalate to Call Center Manager for disciplinary action when necessary.
- Facilitate one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
- Provide necessary tools and resources to team.
- Identify training opportunities and share best practices with team and peers.
- Actively participate in Team Lead Meetings by sharing best practices, tools, and resources.
- Ability to analyze trends and act on these findings in a timely manner.
- Encourage a lead-by-example atmosphere with excellent personal attendance and outstanding time management skills including timely follow-up, meeting deadlines and demonstrating a high level of professionalism to your team on a daily basis.
Who You Are
- High School Diploma or GED required, college degree desired.
- Bilingual in Spanish is desired, but not necessary.
- 3+ years of experience in a call center environment.
- Must be detailed oriented; able to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills to perform multiple tasks quickly and effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to engage, coach, mentor and lead direct reports.
- Availability to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 6am-6pm (exact shift to be determined upon hire).
