Job Overview: 

As a Marketing and Sales Growth Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing and sales initiatives to drive growth and revenue for Hussle Technology. Your role will involve working closely with both the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective strategies, manage campaigns, analyze data, and support top of funnel generation efforts. 

Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that drive growth and revenue. 
  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including outbound, inbound, email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, cold calling, and advertising. 
  • Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials and collateral, ensuring brand consistency and quality. 
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize website content and user experience to maximize lead generation and conversion rates. 
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 
  • Support lead generation efforts through various channels, including lead nurturing campaigns, email marketing, and social media. 
  • Coordinate and facilitate marketing and sales team meetings and communication, ensuring alignment and collaboration. 
  • Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and events. 
  • Monitor and report on marketing and sales metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales, and recommend strategies to keep Hussle Technology ahead of the competition. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales coordination roles. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficient in marketing and sales software and tools, such as Hubspot CRM, Apollo, email marketing, and analytics platforms. 
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and quality. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment. 
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Passion for marketing and sales, with a desire to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving industry.
