Requirements
What Will I Do?
- Interview, hire, and train Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of SDRs, grooming them for future Account Executive (AE) roles
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales to devise and execute strategies for meeting growth targets
- Ensure the creation and proper distribution of high-quality lead lists
- Monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to overall company success
What Attributes Are We Looking For?
- 1+ years of experience as an SDR Manager
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Previous experience in early-stage company environments
- Ability to coach SDRs into high-performing individuals and future AEs; Prior AE or AE Management experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, optimism, a "get things done" attitude
- Proactive in taking ownership of projects and problem-solving
- Focus on personal growth and development, with a passion for helping others reach their full potential
- Track record of success
