To help us continue growing, we are looking for a Relationship Manager to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with high-net-worth individuals and corporations to identify their tax needs and offering our firm's services as a solution. This role can be based in any city in the United States. The office is in Salt Lake City, Utah area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The ability to work Monday - Friday, 9 - 5 (hours are somewhat flexible)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • The ability to find new prospects and close new sales on a consistent basis (weekly)
  • You are extremely self-motivated and require almost no oversight from management.
  • You have a personal goal to make $1,000,000+ over the next 12 months.
  • Work with our team of attorneys and tax consultants to ensure that clients receive high-quality service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • We will provide leads for you to contact and help you build your client base.

Knowledge Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in outside sales (remote and phone sales are required)
  • You have made at least $500,000 before in annual earnings from a past sales position.
  • Experience working with social media, especially LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales tools
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Since this position is 100% commission, you must be able to wait 3-6 months before you may receive your first commission payment. If you need a paycheck next week, please do not apply.
