We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing merchandising strategies, maintaining product displays, and ensuring optimal product placement in various retail environments.

As a Retail Merchandiser, your main objective will be to enhance the visibility and appeal of our clients' products. You will work closely with store managers and display coordinators to execute merchandising plans, ensuring that products are displayed to attract and engage customers. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow instructions accurately are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Implement merchandising strategies and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
  • Set up product displays and arrange merchandise to maximize sales and visual appeal
  • Conduct inventory counts and manage product replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Collaborate with store management and display coordinators to identify and resolve merchandising issues
  • Provide training and guidance to store associates on proper merchandising techniques
  • Monitor competitor displays and pricing to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Ensure product safety and integrity by adhering to industry standards and guidelines

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training is a plus
  • Prior experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate online merchandising tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
