Solutions Engineer

Territory: Working with Clients in the Western Region (Travel is 50% of the time within the region)

Preferred location: Salt Lake City, Utah, Denver, CO, Boise, ID, Phoenix, AZ, Portland, OR

What You'll Do:

• Client Champion: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs, and then craft tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
• Tech Wizard: Leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, implement new technologies, and optimize network performance.
• Team Player: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Strategic Thinker: Contribute to the development of long-term strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need:

• A passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field experience 
• 1-5+ years of experience in telecommunications or a related field
