As the Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as a pivotal link across marketing functions, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns. This full-time position reports to the Marketing Operations Manager and is based at our Burlington, VT office.

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, allocate resources, and manage project schedules.
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support stakeholder management efforts by communicating project updates, milestones, and risks.
- Take initiative and demonstrate accountability in managing tasks and addressing challenges proactively.
The team you will be joining:
- This multi-talented inbound and outbound marketing and ecommerce team consists of customer marketing managers, digital marketers, writers, designers, and communications experts who endeavor to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial Computing. You’ll find them developing marketing campaigns, curating our social media channels, penning website content, and laughing daily at each other's terrible jokes. They’re a collaborative crew that works hard to position the brand, generate demand, and deliver a delightful customer experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Entry-level experience in marketing or related roles.
- Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation processes.
- Basic understanding of risk management principles and the ability to appropriately escalate issues.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

Benefits
The salary range for this role is $45,000 to $55,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
