Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Rehab to join our team.

You will be responsible for general administrative and office functions that help support the Rehabilitation Director. It will also provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Therapy Services Department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact, manages scheduling and documentation, and assists the therapy team with various administrative tasks.

Requirements

  •     High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
  •     Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  •     Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and electronic medical record systems
  •     Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, and staff
  •     Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  •     Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
  •     Ability to maintain confidential information
  •     Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
  •     Compassionate and patient-focused approach to customer service
