Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer security needs.
- Present and explain various ADT security products and services to potential clients.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot ADT security systems and equipment.
- Educate customers on system operation and provide ongoing support.
- Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and assist in developing sales strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in security systems or related fields.
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including cameras, alarms, and monitoring systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to client locations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain necessary certifications for installation.
