DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking an Apartment Turn Tech to join our client's team. As a family-owned staffing company, DBS is dedicated to finding quality employment candidates like you and matching their talents to our clients' needs. The Apartment Turn Tech will play a crucial role in ensuring that apartment units are ready for new tenants by completing thorough inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to identify any necessary repairs or replacements before new tenants move in.
• Complete all necessary repairs, such as painting, patching walls, replacing fixtures, and cleaning carpets.
• Ensure that all appliances, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems are in good working condition.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance team to prioritize and complete turnover tasks efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of unit turnover status and completed work.

Requirements

• Prior experience in apartment turnover or general maintenance preferred.
• Skills in basic to intermediate maintenance and repair, including electrical, carpentry, and plumbing, HVAC, etc.
• Attention to detail and ability to complete work to high standards.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
