Full Job Description
TechOp Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will support project management activities by conducting data analysis, tracking project progress, preparing reports, and performing various administrative tasks. This role involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining project documentation, and assisting in the overall planning and execution of projects. The ideal candidate will also manage administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and maintaining project-related files.
Must Reside in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia)
Duties:
- Government IT Systems Administration
- TRIRIGA Software System Management
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
- Process Improvement and Change Management
- Business Needs Analysis and Solution Development
- Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization
- Apply Agile, Scrum methodologies
- Other duties, as assigned
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial/government administration of Government IT systems.
- 2 years of experience in software management, overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of software systems to enhance operational efficiency and meet business objectives
- Experience with Agile, Scrum or similar methodologies
- IBM TRIRIGA experience is highly preferred
