Busser / Barback

Are you a hardworking and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? If so, we are looking for Busser/Barbacks to join our team. As a Busser/Barback, your role will be to support the bartenders and waitstaff by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restocking supplies, and assisting with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables, bar tops, and surrounding areas.
• Restock glassware, utensils, napkins, and other bar supplies.
• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the bar, including the restrooms.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a busser, barback, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
