Case Analyst

RP Professional Services is seeking a highly qualified Case Analyst to support a federal agency. The Case Analyst will provide a variety of professional duties necessary to accurately complete the review process.

This position is contingent upon the contract award.

Background: The mission of the Small Business Administration (SBA) is to help Americans start, build, and grow businesses. SBA was created in 1953 as an independent agency of the Federal government to aid, counsel, assist and protect the interests of small business concerns, to preserve free competitive enterprise, and to maintain and strengthen the overall economy of our nation. SBA is responsible for ensuring the governmentwide goal for participation of small businesses in Federal contracting.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the entire application process for all GCBD cases to deliver a final recommendation of approval
• Analyze and review GCBD applications for relevance and quality to determine a recommended determination to SBA officials based on the supplied and required documentation and available research for each case assigned
• Provide communication to applicants and representatives
• Review supplemental submissions by applicants to determine whether or not they are responsive to deficiencies
• Prepare and analyze information to make determinations of program eligibility
• Delivery recommendations to the Agency

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S without requiring sponsorship
• Must have an associate's degree or higher
• Must have 2-3 years of experience in loan underwriting or equivalent analytical review
