Saybrook Homes, LLC is a leading construction company specializing in residential property renovations. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Contact Data Entry specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering client contact information into our database and ensuring that all data is up-to-date and error-free.
Responsibilities
- Enter client contact information into the database with a high degree of accuracy
- Regularly update and maintain client contact records to ensure accuracy
- Verify data accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors
- Assist with data cleanup and validation projects
- Handle high volumes of data entry tasks in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company data entry policies and procedures
- Work closely with other team members to resolve any data-related issues
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and protect client information
Requirements
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role
- Proficient in using data entry software and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
