The Role:

As a Client Service Associate, you’ll be integral to the client experience, supporting three advisors and a small, dynamic team. This role is primarily office-based, offering limited flexibility for work-from-home exceptions. Your responsibilities will include processing account paperwork, assisting in client events, and ensuring all client inquiries are met with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Serve as a friendly point of contact for client inquiries and requests, providing top-notch service with a personable approach.
  • Administrative Support: Handle account setup, documentation, and required follow-up efficiently and accurately.
  • Event Engagement: Attend occasional after-hours events, fostering client relationships and embodying our team’s cohesive, supportive culture.
  • Data Management: Maintain client records in our CRM system (RedTail) and ensure data is up-to-date.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address client needs and support advisors in providing timely solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous financial services experience in client service, is required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and financial CRM software (RedTail, eMoney preferred). Must be detail-oriented, personable, and client-focused.
  • Soft Skills: Strong emotional intelligence, a sense of humor, adaptability, and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this role.
  • Team Fit: You are a self-starter who works well within a fast-paced team and you have a strong sense of accountability.
