Contracts Management Analyst, Senior

ARServices is seeking Contracts Management Analyst, Senior, to provide contract management and business support on a Navy Financial Management program. In this role, a Contract Management Analyst, Mid would be responsible for assisting the Government draft procurement-related documents in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations and associated supplements and DOD 5000 series requirements. In addition, you will: 

• Coordinate Industry Days 
• Develop Requirements documents, to include Market Research Reports, Work Statements, Contract Data Requirements Lists, Contract Line Item Numbers, DD-254s, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals, and Determinations & Findings for activities approval by the government 
• Provide administrative source selection support 
• Administer Contracts, to include preparation of Procurement Requests, Modification Requests,  Technical Direction Letters/Technical Instructions, and tracking obligations/expenditures, and deliverables 

Requirements

• Master’s degree 
• At least nine years of experience providing contract management support 
• Three years of integrated master scheduling experience 
• Minimum Secret Clearance Required
