If so, you might love working as a Corporate Recruiter within our tight-knit HR department! As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be able to directly see the impact of your efforts as you help grow the organization and watch your hires progress in their careers!
Primary Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll quickly learn about the different positions within our company, as well as our detailed and rigorous hiring process. Once you’re up to speed, you’ll work alongside other corporate recruiters to meet the staffing needs of our growing organization. The current job market is more dynamic and competitive than ever, and we are looking for someone who thrives when posed with a challenge!
- Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with various hiring managers in the company to discuss and determine needs.
- Complete the necessary research to create detailed, accurate, engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Attract top talent by posting job advertisements for active job seekers; seek out passive job seekers using various external candidate databases.
- Receive and screen applications; contact qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Conduct phone interviews.
- Administer pre-interview assessments.
- Conduct in-depth interviews alongside various hiring managers within the company.
- Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, etc. for candidates receiving a job offer.
- Make informative and compelling job offers to top job candidates.
- Attend job fairs as needed.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and maintaining a network in professional recruiting organizations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
Requirements
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
