Full Job Description
A social-impact marketing and communications firm in Alexandria, Virginia, is seeking a CRM & Marketing Automation Coordinator to join their digital marketing team. This role can be fully remote or involve a flexible hybrid work model, requiring office presence twice a week in Alexandria, VA, or once a week in Raleigh, NC.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute digital marketing strategies for clients, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
- Plan, design, and implement automated marketing campaigns, including email drips, lead nurturing workflows, and personalized customer journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM and marketing automation systems with other tools and platforms.
- Build automated email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's tools such as Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio.
- Develop and execute A/B tests and audience segmentation to deliver targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Review and analyze email campaign performance data and generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Administer and manage client CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Stay current with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least four years of relevant professional experience.
- Two or more years of experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and similar marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency with HTML and CSS; proficiency with AMPscript and JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for message design, subscriber and data management, inbox delivery, and external integrations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, and Mailchimp.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Familiarity with email compliance regulations.
