Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized Customer Service Executive (CSE) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist our sales representatives, interact with customers, and help ensure customer satisfaction through prompt follow-up and relationship-building. Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Executive (CSE), your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting sales representatives with quotes, sales orders, and administrative tasks.
- Answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service.
- Following up with customers regarding quotes, orders, shipments, and overall satisfaction.
- Researching and working with vendors to gain product knowledge.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers by checking in and fostering ongoing communication.
- Using computer programs such as Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and SAP for day-to-day operations.
- Creating contacts and building relationships with new customers.
Schedule:
- In-person, full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in office administration and 4+ years in customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other relevant computer programs.
- Preferred Background: Prior military or law enforcement experience is highly encouraged.
Benefits
- Competitive salary, with a pay range of $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (DOE), equivalent to $47,840 to $54,080 per year.
