As our client's Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our client's operations, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly and professional voice our clients rely on for information about their services and products.
• Handle orders, returns, and exchanges with precision and efficiency.
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive and solution-focused approach.
• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Work closely with our client's team to ensure outstanding service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service—ideally, 2 years in a clerical role (not retail).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for problem-solving.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
