Full Job Description
WWC Federal is seeking a Design Reviewer to serve on a fully funded effort supporting ARNG in their construction efforts.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrating an understanding of construction change order validation principles.
- Drafting cogent technical and professional memorandums and correspondence.
- Communicating technical principles.
- Performing criteria design reviews of projects for completeness, compliance and accuracy using the approved DD Forms 1390/91.
- Providing support to Facilities Management Engineer’s (FME) throughout the project lifecycle in matters pertaining to the Design Bid Build (DBB) milestones.
- Drafting assessment and review memos for ARNG G-9 signature.
- Administrative Duties, Data Collection, Analyses of data and sources, processing documents.
Expected salary range: $112,000 - $122,000
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:
- 0% - 10% / Minimal travel expected: Offsites, meetings, training, a conference.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree.
- 3+ years providing facilities management engineer (FME) support.
- Direct experience with DD Form 1390/91.
- Direct experience with construction management/Facility Management.
- Working knowledge of MILCON plans and specification review.
- Working knowledge of construction change order validation principles.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical principles including drafting technical memos and correspondence.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation including fingerprinting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or Architecture.
- Direct experience with ARNG G-9 MILCON.
