Injinji is looking for a full-time Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator to further expand Injinji’s mission of making the journey of life more comfortable. Preference given to candidates located in Virginia, Florida, Colorado and California. Depending on the location, the candidate may be asked to travel and work in person occasionally. 

The Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving the online presence and direction of direct sales channels. The candidate will help guide and shape the execution of Injinji’s digital and marketing strategies while collaborating with other marketing team members.  

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute all website related items: product updates, promotions, copy, images, etc. 
  • Implement catalog uploads and updates in Magento, Amazon and Facebook 
  • Manage and execute email and SMS campaign calendars, and collect data on performance 
  • Collaborate with internal team to develop compelling email and ad messaging that resonate with target audiences 
  • Manage scheduling and posting of social media and ads on various platforms 
  • Assist with the ongoing implementation of the affiliate and loyalty programs 
  • Attend and work local events and races when needed – location dependent 
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities and market trends 
  • Performs other duties as assigned 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree required. 
  • Knowledge of Magento, Klaviyo, Amazon SellerCentral, Google Ads, and YouTube a plus 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of social media management and ad tools 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Self-starter and proactive problem solver 
  • Willingness to wear the socks and products to provide genuine content and feedback
