Position Summary:
DroneUp is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Analyst. The Functional Analyst will ensure the internal ERP platform meets functional needs of the business as well as aligning with our internal IT policies. This role will be supporting both the finance and supply chain aspects of the application.
This role will also support other business system initiatives, providing support around requirement gathering and process design, low-code/no-code configuration and training/change management.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality customer service to our business stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our existing modules, including triaging, reviewing and analyzing reported issues. Define requirements and business value related requested enhancements or features.
- Support front end configuration in regards to module setup, form and screen personalizations, workflow configuration, batch job setup and master data management.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and other IT teams to integrate other platforms through integrations into the larger ERP system topology, including security configurations, operational reporting, on-line transaction processing, and business continuity planning.
- Manage day-to-day system operational management of the MS Dynamics 365 platform and your assigned modules.
- Understand the ERP’s various modules and sub-modules and work with the functional SMEs (Accounting, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.) on the analysis, modification and change management of internal functionality.
- Define requirements based on current functionality and SME knowledge and map requirements to test scripts.
- Support quarterly upgrades by coordinating regression testing and validation activities.
- Manage, prioritize, and communicate across multiple levels of businesses
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
- Communicate and manage the change management (release) process.
- Provide supplemental support related to non-ERP initiatives. This includes requirement gathering, process definition, low-code/no-code development, training and change management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Accounting, Business Systems, Computer Science or other relevant program.
- Well-versed in functional aspects of various Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules with insight into technical aspects.
- 3+ years of functional experience with General Ledger, Cash and Bank Management, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset and Accounts Payable process areas.
- 3+ years of functional experience with Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory and Warehouse process areas.
- Familiarity with third part ISV solutions, Treasury Automation Suite, ExFlow, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft’s power platform, Dataverse/CDS, PowerAutomate, PowerApps
- Experience with designing integrations using third-party middleware such as PowerAutomate, Make.com, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Mulesoft, etc.
- Experience developing in low-code/no-code platforms such as PowerApps, ProcessSt, Appian, etc.
- Experience designing and developing PowerBI dashboards and data models using D365 and other operational data.
- Experience and/or sound understanding of Agile/Scrum process, Jira experience is a plus
- Understanding of D365 upgrade and custom development process.
- Familiarity with using Lifecycle Services(LCS) and/or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with using Azure Services such as Blob Storage, Keyvault, SQL Server Databases, Virtual Machines.
- Familiarity with other Cloud Platforms and services, GCP, AWS.
- Proficient in SQL, proficiency with X++ is a plus.
- Possess superior teamwork skills.

Salary
Just like drones themselves, your earning potential can soar to new heights, but it largely depends on your qualifications and expertise. If you are recognized as an industry expert, your earning potential can take true flight. The target salary range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000. Your unique qualifications and contributions to the field will play a significant role in determining your precise compensation. The total rewards for this position may also include; potential for annual bonuses, benefits package, paid time off, and more.
