We are a rapidly growing greenhouse company that is dedicated to producing high-quality, sustainable, and locally grown produce. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Greenhouse Associate to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily greenhouse operations, including seeding, transplanting, growing, and harvesting crops
• Monitor and maintain the health and growth of plants, including watering, fertilizing, and pest control
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on greenhouse systems and equipment
• Operate and maintain automated greenhouse equipment
• Assist with data collection and analysis for crop monitoring and quality control
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and guidelines
• Contribute to a safe and clean working environment
• Collaborate with other team members to efficiently manage greenhouse operations

Requirements

• Prior experience or education in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field is preferred

• Basic knowledge of greenhouse operations and plant care
• Familiarity with common greenhouse equipment and tools
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
