Full Job Description
WWC Global is seeking a Junior OSINT Account manager to provide assistance in the development of Open Source methodologies, management of managed attribution capabilities, the development of metrics and reporting, and staff support to the numerous committees run by Open Source Integration Center (OSIC). This position requires on-demand strategic and tactical guidance on OSINT operations critical to defense intelligence agencies, services, intelligence centers, and COCOMS.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Ability to conduct account management and oversight.
- Daily management of organizations accounts to include being the team's lead in customer interaction, training, troubleshooting, account creation and maintenance, and dealing with other customer issues as necessary.
- Support the maintenance of OSIC strategic guidelines and policies to ensure compliant use of User Agreements for competencies.
- Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reference material, communications, and process workflows.
- Provide data-driven support to senior-level recommendations and briefs to Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) leadership.
- Assist in the development of automated capabilities.
- Provide administrative and knowledge management support to OSIC leadership.
- Identify, capture, track, assist and execute the establishment of new capabilities, training, data and subscription requirements while working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the vetting, validation, design and testing process of all OSIC capabilities and requirements.
- Assist in the development, deployment and security approval of all OSIC managed attribution capabilities and services.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.

Travel:

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Current, active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain CI Poly.
- Experience in account management, metrics and usage reports.
- Experience with multi-tasking for day to day operations within a program management and professional environment.
- Experience in the development of data visualizations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Background in Open Source Intelligence.
- Knowledge Management experience with specific focus on SOP, Concept of Operations (ConOps), decision and course of action brief development.
- Ability to provide recommendations based off data collection, aggregation and mission knowledge for technical capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current, active TS/SCI clearance with current CI poly.
- Experience with collaboration across Department of Defense entities.
- Experience working within the Open Source environment, managed attribution or DIE mission sets.
- Ability to preform Tier I troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Commercial Off the Shelf Open Source tools.
